The staff especially the first one we met during our check-in were not good & helpful at all. The receptionist upon arrival was busy doing a private conversation and ignored me and when I asked her to serve me she was very rude and asked me, "What do you want?" Instead of "How may I help you?". She then rejected my booking done through "Booked.net" statinng that since I had done the booking on the same day it was not valid. I showed her the booking confirmation but she still was resisting to offer me the 2 rooms I had booked. I then asked to talk to her manager who repeated the same nonsense justification. I then challenged him by showing him the booking confirmation and that the hotel had confirmed the booking but he wasted our time arguing that they had no rooms available and that "Booked.net" confirmaiton did not mean the hotel's confirmation but I again & again showed him the confirmation and finally he reluctantly admitted us to the hotel and despite his original claim of unavailability of rooms he offered us 2 rooms but warned me that he was not going to accept the same price if we stayed for any more nights which proved to be that it was a matter of price he wasn't happy about it rather than room availability. When we checked in we noticed the rooms although very spacious but were the carpets were dirty, and the towels, oh my God, I have never seen any towels so old & worn out in any hotel around the world. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. the staffs were friendly and helpful with directions around the area. the hotel had a clean and comfortable atmosphere. the location was also convenient as it was near public transportation and restaurants.
The facilities and amenities were outdated and not well-maintained. the fitness center equipment was out of order and the swimming pool looked unclean.

Good for location that I reqd. Services were decent. The stay was comfortable enough. Staff did try even if the systems seemed challenging.
The confirmation of the reservation was a challenge. The reception found it difficult to match my Booked.net reference number to their in-house reservation number. It took several calls and I made no progress until I spoke with the responsible person at the Reservations department. I finally got the confirmation I needed on the day I traveled. Even after that the check-in process took a while.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the numerous hotel facilities including the clean swimming pool on the rooftop and the spacious room and bathroom. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, we really appreciated the hotel location as it was near to KL Central MRT station and had easy accessibility to all eateries in the area.

good but you please remember there in my room there was some beetle on the floor . i became not satisfied about this. you should remember that majority of your clients are family people with kids.so,they will fear and object to their tour travel agencies not to go again to that hotel so you are requested to think abut it and take urgent action to spray anti beetle chemical in order to make safe and suitable for your coming clients. urgent and necessary action should be done to my comment.

The B-fast menu was good.
Time taken for check in and check out is too long. The staff are too slow in handling this. Min it took me 20 waiting for check in and check out.
